Beginning sketches of a possible series…

From concept and sketch to three months of plastering, painting and charcoaling, the “Courage within Community” series is finally done! Inspired by a word from Pastor Brandon Beals of Canyon Creek Church, it’s humbling to see visuals of a ‘possible art series’ that popped into my head now complete and gallery ready.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to show the “Courage within Community” series at The Bear Creek School’s Fine Arts Gallery opening during their State of the School address on October 13, 2015. I hope this series is an encouragement to viewers young and old. I pray that this series will inspire individuals to step out in courage and contribute to their communities (both near and abroad).
